Some recently completed projects are as follows:
- Airport Industrial Complex: Design and development of a 225,000 sq.ft. industrial park located near Kennedy Airport, New York.
- Royal Bank Of Canada- Owner's representative, design and construction management for a 75,000 sq.ft. office renovation on five floors including a 200 position-trading floor.
- CT Technologies- Owner's representative for a 110,000 sq.ft. office renovation.
- Johnson Residence- Owner's representative for a 22,000 sq.ft. residential apartment located in the Trump International Hotel & Tower.
- Nispel Residence- Design consultant and owner's representative for a 50,000 sq.ft. residential loft building conversion.
Presently The Ervolino Partnership has plans to develop a 34,000 sq.ft. professional commercial component in Ozone Park, Queens. It is also planning a 108,000 sq.ft. residential building conversion in Richmond Hill, Queens, a 70,000 sq.ft. industrial park located near Kennedy Airport, New York as well as a 10,000 sq.ft luxury apartment development in Manhattan.
Magnolia Court, is being developed by The Ervolino Partnership and constructed by Sam Development LLC, a New York-based real estate development company with offices in Howard Beach, Queens and Manhattan.
